Cultural Tourism (CT) Funding Eligible: Cultural nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, for events in Orange County that enhance the Orlando area’s cultural identity, present quality arts and cultural experiences, and promote tourism.

Board of County Commissioners approved all funding requests, as listed here, on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.

FY22 Cultural Tourism Funding application cycle will open in May for funding for events that occur within Jan 1-Dec 31, 2022, with marketing and related project expenses after Nov 1, 2021.

Eligible: nonprofits or governments for acquisition, construction, renovation or equipping of cultural facilities in Orange County. 

 

Program moratorium in effect 10/1/20.

Blockbuster Fund
To encourage marquee-type blockbuster events–result in regional, statewide and national attendance. Eligible: individual or organization.  Program moratorium in effect 10/1/20.

  1. OUTDOORS: Under the pavilion at Barber Park, 3701 Gatlin Ave., Orlando, FL 32812.
  2. INSIDE: Oak Room, Marks Street Senior Center, 99 East Marks Street, Orlando, FL 32803. At this time, we cannot accommodate virtual options.
    Beginning Dec 8, all meetings of the Advisory Council and its committees will be held in-person, without a virtual option. It is state mandated that we conduct Council meetings in-person, and must achieve a quorum or cannot conduct business. The technology needs could not be accommodated to maintain both in-person and virtual for the County’s 57 boards and countless related subcommittees.

  • TDT ARC Funding — REMINDER: only Capital Grants of $2M+ projects have been considered to date.
