Cultural Tourism (CT) Funding | Eligible: Cultural nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, for events in Orange County that enhance the Orlando area’s cultural identity, present quality arts and cultural experiences, and promote tourism.
FY22 Cultural Tourism Funding – Scores and Ranking from the Review Panel are now available here. • The Orange County Board of County Commissioners met on Tues, Oct 26, 2021, 9:00 a.m. and approved the FY 22 Cultural Tourism funding for 32 grantees.

Blockbuster Fund |
To encourage marquee-type blockbuster events–result in regional, statewide and national attendance. Eligible: individual or organization. | Program moratorium in effect 10/1/20.

NOTICE: Unfortunately there will be no Blockbuster funds this year. It may be a couple years before the Tourist Development Tax revenue is back to a level that we can allocate money for the Blockbuster Fund.

Advisory Council & committee meetings are free and open to the public.
*Meeting locations: Until further notice, all Council and Committee meetings will be held in-person. Each location must be secured individually – please check back as locations are To Be Announced. Beginning Dec 8, 2020, all meetings of the Advisory Council and its committees will be held in-person, without a virtual option. It is state mandated that we conduct Council meetings in-person, and must achieve a quorum or cannot conduct business. The technology needs could not be accommodated to maintain both in-person and virtual for the County’s 57 boards and countless related subcommittees.
