They bring their understanding of the arts, arts education, nonprofit management, creative entrepreneurship, and the community to evaluate each application. Deadline: 

New programs are accepted year-round, but most funding is decided in late summer. To apply for funding, go here. 

New applicants must also create a UAARTSED account and submit their program(s) for 2023-24.

Returning applicants with significant changes to their program(s) must reflect those changes on their UAARTSED account. Also, please expire all events that are no longer offered.

Community Vibrancy – Call for Proposals Eligibility: 501 (c)3 organizations that are Main Street Programs, Market Street Programs, Merchant Associations, or other nonprofits with an economic development or creative community development mission, Located in Lake, Orange, Osceola, or Seminole Counties, and are able to obtain all necessary permits that your municipality may require.

Project Grants provide competitive funding for projects, events, productions, festivals, and exhibitions that:

[-] Increase access to and participation in arts, culture, history, or science programming within our communities

[-] Act as a catalyst for positive change through arts and culture-based community development (creative community development)

[-] Amplify diverse cultures and voices

501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties are eligible to apply.

IMPORTANT: This is currently the only cycle of  Project Grants planned for FY24. The next cycle of project grants is tentatively scheduled to open in the spring of 2024 for projects occurring July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.
