Our volunteers are vital to the entire cultural community’s success by assisting us to raise awareness and support from local residents, businesses and governments. Every contribution to United Arts supports more than 50 arts and cultural organizations, more than 613,000 student experiences in arts education programs and hundreds of artists and arts administrators. Financial support from United Arts provides over 2 million cultural experiences to residents and visitors in the Central Florida community. Fundraiser Information
The pages presented here are designed to provide you, our volunteer fundraisers, with all the information you need to contact current and potential donors about supporting United Arts’ mission to enhance the quality and variety of arts and cultural experiences available in Central Florida. Donor requests are for businesses, thus we emphasize the Business Leadership Council (BLC) as a way to enhance or begin support for United Arts. Please click on "Fundraiser Login" to select and report the status of your calls. Username and Password are required to enter. This information was sent to you in a previous correspondence. Selecting Calls
Please select at least 3 prospective or current donors to call on behalf of United Arts. The first list of companies represents those that have supported United Arts at some point in the past. The second list (scroll down the page of prospective donors) represents companies who have never supported United Arts. Once you select your prospects, they will be removed from the list so that duplicate assignments are not made. If you would like to call a company you do not see on the list, please contact Sarah Johnston. Companies may not be on the list because another solicitor is already assigned to that company, that company directly funds one of United Arts’ supported organizations or other reasons. If the company is not in our system, we will happily add them based on your recommendation.
Reporting Calls
Please report any and all contact you have with your assigned prospects. This includes a commitment, decline of support, invoicing instructions, a verbal pledge, or other notes that may help United Arts build a relationship with this prospect in the future.
